This is, by far, one of the most ambitious stippling pieces I have ever attempted. More than THIRTY HOURS have gone into the inkwork -- which is why I am offering it as two versions. Version 1, is the black and white, Version 2 will be painted in watercolours.
This is based upon the photography of Michael Evans, located here: [link]
This is NOT an exact duplicate. I did a great deal of work in providing details that aren't seen in the photograph as well as my own individual flare.
Thank you so much! ...and believe me, it does more than boggle the mind. I feel like it's damaged my mind! LOL! I've been finished for twenty-four hours and still feel emotionally exhausted. The scary thing is that I still have to paint it! O.o
LOL, Thank you! I just get sooo stressed every time I go to paint something. Every new painting feels like the first time I've ever touched a paintbrush. Part of the problem is that I look at the inkwork and remember all the countless hours I put into it. If I screw this up -- it's thirty-plus hours lost. *makes the "Scream" face*
